If you would like to view a property, please stop by our office. We are open to the public Monday, Wednesday & Friday (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00). Bring your photo ID and a $20 key deposit. We will give you the key to see the property. When you return the key, you get your $20 back.
You must make 3x the rent rate and have two landlord references that are not friends or family. We require an application for each adult who will be living in the home, including a child aged 18 or older (we run background checks on all adults).
You may pick up applications in our office or apply online below. The application fee is $60 (per household, not per person). If you apply online, you must email your proof of income and photo ID to hueyrealestate78@gmail.com. You may pay your application fee through Venmo or in our office.
